What a delightful recipe we discovered. As we perused various recipe books looking for treasures we discovered this roasted banana cupcake & just had to whip out the Kitchen Aid to try the recipe. We of course had to change a few things but loved the result, particularly the honey & cinnamon frosting. A delight for all the senses!Thursday, April 8, 2010
